    In a Nutshell

    • Top Highlights: Trusted brand name from their land-based casino
    • VIP or loyalty programme: Yes
    • Other offerings: Live casino, Roulette

    Overview

Stemming from trailblazing land-based Aspers Casino (aka the UK’s first ever ‘supercasino’), Aspers online casino is certainly one which has a wealth of offline knowledge to back itself up on - sure, the offline team know how to show a punter a good time, but does that approach extend to their online fan base too?

    Promotions

It was a welcome surprise to see the promotions page rather nicely stocked - Aspers offline casino never required membership and was open to the public, so we know that Aspers really considers themselves a public-pleasing casino. This approach is clearly echoed in their online promotions approach.

    Here’s what’s often on offer:

    • A welcome bonus
    • Seasonal cash and game-specific offers
    • A competition with an offline prize

Aspers’s public-facing approach is very clear from the above promotions, which look very supportive of existing players, let alone new signups at the casino. This is quite impressive as online casinos go!

    Range of Casino Games

Just as in their offline supercasino, Aspers’ online casino brings the things they know best - games. Lots and lots of games, for every type of player out there. This includes:

    • Progressive jackpots: A massive 44 progressive jackpots on offer, including favourites Irish Luck, Fluffy Favourites and Cosmic Fortune
    • Classic slots: There are 115 ‘10 lines or less’ slots - we think that’s what classifies as ‘classic’ here - including 108 Heroes Multiplier Fortunes, SpinLotto and Moon Shadow
    • 40 ‘15 lines’ slots: Including Game of Thrones, Avalon and Bar Bar Black Sheep
    • 78 ‘20 lines’ slots: Including Jimi Hendrix, Cleopatra and Koi Princess

    Other Offerings

Currently, the casino only offers their offline, supercasino alternative, based in London’s Westfield Stratford.

    Software and Graphics

Aspers Casino, if you hadn’t noticed from the massive, exhausting list of games above, prides itself on the rather large range of providers it draws from. These include:

    Realistic

    • WMS
    • IGT/Wagerworks
    • Play’n GO
    • NetEnt
    • Microgaming

As a result, there are guaranteed to be some old player favourites, worldwide popular games and maybe even a few you've never even heard of (but should try out).

    Extra Value

With so much to choose from, we’d say that the casino getting pretty much everything right the first time is a massive plus from us, what with the super generous signup bonus to the huge range of games available. It’s rare that we see a brand-new casino enter the online market and start out this strongly!

    VIP Programme

With one of the most in-depth explanations of their VIP programme that we’ve seen ever, we must say we were thrilled and impressed with Aspers Casino.

Aspers, in their own words, like to ‘indulge’ their VIPs. And, luckily, players start out as VIPs right from their first deposit! Players start off at the lowest tier - Bronze - and then, after making their second deposit, are immediately upgraded to Silver. With more deposits, they’ll shortly become a Gold player, while further upgrades - to Ruby, Emerald or Elite Diamond status - is usually through invitation only or - get this - by emailing and requesting an upgrade.

Be warned, though, that accounts are occasionally downgraded, ‘in the case that Ruby, Emerald or Elite Diamond classes are unable to sustain the same level of play which saw them invited to that class’. In other words, once you're in the higher-up levels of the club, you better keep playing in order to stay there!

Perks of VIP membership include reduced wagering requirements, fast withdrawals and extra bonuses and promotions.

    Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

Aspers has a very clear, precise banking page explaining everything you need to know, and accepts deposits and withdrawals in either GBP or Euro.

Payment Method Fee Processing Time Limit Per Deposit
    PayPal Free Instant £20
Maestro, MasterCard and Visa Free 3-5 working days £10
    Neteller Free Instant £20
Paysafecard Free 3 working days £10

*Current as of December 2017; check Aspers Casino’s website for any updates

    Payout Policy

The casino is very open and honest about the length of time it might take to process any withdrawal requests, and upfront about some methods not being available for withdrawal.

Withdrawal Method Fee Processing Time Limit Per Withdrawal
Maestro, Mastercard and Visa Free 3-5 days £20
Neteller Free Instant, after approval £20
PayPal Free Instant, after approval £20

*Current as of December 2017; check Aspers Casino’s website for any updates

    Customer Support

Aspers Casino has an FAQ page, but for such a promising-looking casino, we were a bit disappointed - there were a few lacklustre questions, rather than a full-on, in-depth FAQ page that we’re more accustomed to seeing.

Otherwise, there’s 24/7 live chat support available in English only, three separate email addresses (for support, promotion-related issues and VIP-related issues) and three UK-based phone numbers. The casino is available in English only.

    Bottom Line

We were pretty impressed with Aspers. Not only does it pull off a great in-person offline impression, but that massive collection of games and easy-to-use site make this a very solid option for every type of player. We would have liked to have seen some more live casino games, but we guess they’ll appear in good time. We think that every type of player should definitely get playing at Aspers today!
